Modular Base Kit (Components)
The Bannerbow Modular Base Kit is the foundation of the Bannerbow Modular System – designed to give you complete freedom to build, adapt and expand your display.
Each Base Kit includes everything you need to create and combine different modular configurations, including base plates, adapters, and sectioned aluminium poles connected with flexible bands for fast assembly and compact storage.
Simply choose your printed modules separately – whether you’re creating an arch, backdrop, flag, banner wall, or a complete event setup.
Available System Sizes
Small System
Maximum height: 2.4 metres
Adjustable width: 1–5 metres
Ideal for indoor venues and spaces with height restrictions.
Large System
Maximum height: 3.2 metres
Adjustable width: 1–6 metres
Designed for large, open spaces where maximum visibility is required.
Please note: Backdrop modules are not available for the Large System.

Using an Arch Flag Large & 2 × Banner Wall

Welcome Your Visitors
This configuration combines the Arch Flag with Banner Walls to create a bold, welcoming entrance or a clearly defined meeting point.
The Arch Flag forms the central feature, while the Banner Walls extend the branded area on either side, increasing visibility and creating a strong visual impact from multiple angles.
Ideal for exhibitions, events, and brand activations where first impressions matter.
How the System Works
The Arch Flag uses the modular pole system to create a striking arch structure.
Banner Walls are then connected to the same modular framework, allowing the elements to work together as one cohesive display.
Each element is supplied with its own base for standalone use, while the modular structure allows them to be combined seamlessly into a larger setup.
Indoor & Outdoor Use
This configuration is suitable for indoor use and can also be used outdoors when secured correctly.
For outdoor use, we recommend using guy ropes. Guy rope attachment loops are sewn into the fabric sleeves as standard.

The backdrop provides a strong focal point, while the Banner Walls extend the branding to define your event space and improve visibility across the stand or activation area.
Ideal for exhibitions, conferences, and indoor events where a clean, professional backdrop is required.
How the System Works
The backdrop is assembled using the modular pole system and acts as the central element of the display.
Banner Walls are then connected to the same modular framework, creating a continuous, stable branded surface that can be adapted to suit different layouts and event spaces.
Each element includes its own base for standalone use, while the modular design allows them to be combined into a single, cohesive setup.
Indoor & Outdoor Use
Designed primarily for indoor environments.
Outdoor use is possible when secured correctly.
For outdoor use, we recommend using guy , guy rope attachment loops are sewn into the fabric sleeves as standard.

Ideal for exhibitions, promotions, and branded activations, this set delivers strong visual impact while remaining lightweight, reusable, and simple to transport.

The Event Arch forms the main visual feature, while the Backdrop connects to the same modular structure to create a clean, cohesive branded setup.
Both elements are part of the Bannerbow Modular System, allowing the set to be reconfigured or expanded with additional modular elements as your event needs change.
Each component includes its own base for standalone use, while the modular design allows them to work together as one integrated display.

Use your set indoors or outdoors and enjoy true flexibility for every event and campaign.
For outdoor use, printed graphics must be produced on flag polyester and secured with guy ropes.
